📌 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum 10th pass required.
- Higher education qualification is an advantage.

Age Limit:
- Minimum: 20 years
- Maximum: 45 years
Additional Eligibility:
- Must be a permanent resident of the same local slum area.
- Preference given to:
- Married women
- Tribal women
- Widows / divorced / separated women
- Women associated with NGOs
- Candidates with experience in government health programs like Polio, Immunization, Mahila Arogya Samiti etc. (Certificate required)
📃 Required Documents
Candidates must submit self-attested photocopies of the following documents:
- Duly filled application form (offline mode)
- Educational certificates & mark sheets
- Passport size photograph
- Proof of birth (Birth certificate / School leaving certificate)
- Residence proof (Aadhar Card / Voter ID / Ration Card)

📍 Terms & Conditions
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of the same area mentioned in the advertisement.
- In absence of eligible candidates from the mentioned area, candidates from nearby areas may be considered.
- No fixed monthly salary or stipend will be given.
- Work-based honorarium will be credited via PFMS directly into the candidate’s bank account.
