Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the following criteria before applying for the IPPB GDS Executive positions:

• Educational Qualification:
  Graduate in any discipline (Regular or Distance Learning) from a recognized University/Institution/Board approved by the Government of India or any Government Regulatory Body.
• Experience:
  Minimum experience required – Nil.

Age Limit (as on 01-08-2025)

Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government rules.

Salary Details

The selected GDS Executives will receive a lump-sum pay of ₹30,000 per month, inclusive of all statutory deductions and contributions applicable to GDSs engaged in IPPB.

• Tax deductions will apply as per the Income Tax Act.
• Annual increments and performance-based incentives may be awarded as per the bank’s policies.
• No additional allowances, bonuses, or other pay components will be provided beyond this structure.

Application Fee

• Applicants must confirm their eligibility before submitting the fee.
• Once submitted, the fee is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted for future recruitment cycles.

• A merit list will be prepared based on the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation.
• The Bank reserves the right to conduct an Online Test if required.
• In case of a tie in graduation marks, selection will be based on:
  1. Seniority of service in Department of Posts (DoP).
  2. If still tied, date of birth (older candidate gets preference).

Important Note:

• Candidates must enter their exact percentage of marks up to two decimal places.
• Rounding off of marks will not be accepted.
• If the university provides grades (CGPA/GPA), the equivalent percentage must be clearly mentioned as per the university’s formula.
• Any incorrect details regarding marks will result in rejection.
